- Choose Click here for New Registration and enter your details to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- Log in and fill in the application form, using Save and Next to complete it in stages.
- Upload your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.
- Preview the completed application form and verify all details carefully.
- Click Complete Registration only after confirming all details are correct.
- Proceed to the Payment tab and pay the applicable application fee online.
- Submit and take a printout of the application form and payment receipt.
