- Download the prescribed application form from Annexure I of the notification.
- Fill in the application form in English or Hindi.
- Affix a self-attested recent colour photograph in the prescribed place.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of the required documents.
- Enclose two recent passport-size colour photographs.
- Enclose a self-addressed blank envelope bearing a Rs. 50 postal stamp.
- Write “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF FOREMAN OF STORES” in bold letters on the envelope.
- Send the application by ordinary post to the Directorate of Recruitment so that it reaches by 3 November 2026.
