- Download the application form from www.joinindiannavy.gov.in, or prepare it as per the given format on A4-size paper.
- Fill in the application form completely - only one application form is to be forwarded.
- Write the type of entry, sports discipline, and achievements clearly on top of the brown color envelope.
- Attach self-attested documents including Matriculation Certificate, 10th Mark Sheet, NCC/Sports Certificate, Domicile Certificate, and 10+2 Certificate along with mark sheet.
- Attach two self-addressed envelopes of size 22 x 10 cm, with a Rs.10 stamp affixed on one envelope.
- Submit one additional recent coloured passport-size photograph with blue background.
- Send the application only by Ordinary Post to: The Secretary, Indian Navy Sports Control Board, Naval Headquarters, Ministry of Defence, Nausena Bhawan, Room No. W-016, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi - 110010.
