- Make One Time Registration (O.T.R.) and obtain O.T.R. Number 72 hours before submission of Online application.
- Visit commission's website https://uppsc.up.nic.in and click on ALL NOTIFICATIONS/ ADVERTISEMENTS.
- Complete First Stage by authenticating with O.T.R.
- Complete Second Stage by submitting details under Application Part-2.
- Complete Third Stage by depositing the application fee via SBI MOPS.
- Complete Fourth Stage by printing the final online application form and sending self-attested photocopies of all academic/required documents via registered/speed post or by hand to the office of the commission till the last date.
