- Complete Account Creation, Universal Registration, and the Common Application Form (CAF).
- Fill the Examination Specific Form for the LDCE during the application window.
- Upload scanned photograph and signature as per instructions.
- Submit requisite information and take a printout of the completed online application.
- Submit the printed copy to your respective Ministry/Department for verification and forwarding to UPSC.
